Rotary Carburizing Furnace
Developed as an energy efficient alternative to single and twin track pusher carburising furnaces the rotating hearth which supports the tray with the components facilitate optimum and light weight charge carrier design thereby saving expensive cast ni trays as there is no pushing load on trays. There is appreciable increase in tray life too.

The rotating hearth has different zones with option to maintain different cp values. The plant comes with full complement of Pre Wash Machines, Pre Heating Chamber, Main Carburizing Furnace, Oil Quench Chamber, Post Wash and Tempering Furnace

Optional Slot Door For Press Quench Can Be Provided.

Roller Hearth Furnaces
High speed roller hearth lines, up to operating temperatures 1000° c , use of specialised graphite bushes, graphitised bearings ensure better roller life and proper roller movement. Used for hardening tempering, annealing etc .,

Bogie Hearth Furnaces

- Fixed Bogie - Moving Furnace
Offer most energy efficient twin hearth moving furnace design for optimum space usage and increased productivity. Can offer with purlse firing technique in oil/gas fired furnaces. Bogies with a width of 7 to 8 mtrs can be offered with centralised loading on the bogie.

Bell Type Furnaces
Very simple and energy efficient furnace model with 1 bell and 2 base option. Excellent sealing using Sand sealing with CI knife edge.

Sealed Quench Furnaces
We offer high efficiency sealed quench furnaces, pre & post wash system (dunking type ), tempering furnace, endo gas generator,  nitrogen methanol based system, charge or discharge car system .Fully automated lines from pre wash to tempering can be supplied. Technical support is provided for complex heat treatment cycle .

Specialised Ovens
We offer tailor made speciality ovens for varied applications like mould drying, core drying gear shrink fitting on shafts both batch type and continuous types are offered with very high circulation systems for excellent temperature uniformity.
